First test was 2000psi just above idle. Then adding more fluid. Then I'm going to let it idle for a few minutes. Check fluid level again. Side note: Charge pump must not be dead after all. Didn't check that pressure. I did my best to prime the charge pump. I made fluid flow out of the pressure test port. I have seen the metal bearing cage fail, almost junked a zd21, got a used pump and got it going again. I still would like a metal one. Seems like plastic would allow the bearing too much slack over time. Also made a huge mess by dropping a bucket of hydraulic fluid from the teardown, spilling over a gallon.
