I am glad ya'll enjoyed it.It is one of my favorites too and I have to pause and listen whenever I hear it on my only station . ( I also get the goosebumps- as I am reminded that I will never be without the hope promised ahead of me ) . collie
 
Enjoying the evening riding my motorcyle, and my wife on hers.

Getting dark, we decided to stop by the Sonic and get a bite to eat.

As the hop brought it out, he laid the drink in front of me. Of course, I had to
order the biggest drink, looks like it will a foot-tub of soft drink.

They dropped it right in my lap. Every stinking drop of it. Right there, in my lap !!!!

Of course, I carry a firearm at all times :clap:. First reaction was to get the gun out of the holster and make sure it didn't get anything on it. ( It didn't).
Poor hop. Stood there
saying " I'm Sorry Mister, I am so sorry". When I drew my weapon to lay it out of the way and clean myself up. Poor Sonic worker turned white as a ghost, and
stood there in horror. Thought they were going to pass smooth out in horror.
I told them it's ok, things happen.
I felt so sorry for them. For it is not no telling what in the hell was going threw that mind when I "yanked" that weapon out and standing there trying to keep
soda drink off of my gun.....

Changing the subject, since this is a "Talk about anything" thread, I will do just that. I have noticed that there is an image missing from all the posts here, the image for the "Thanks" button. There is a nice image for "Quote", "Multi", and "Quick" but the image for thanks is broken. I reported it to the webmaster. Maybe if he/she can follow what I am saying, they'll fix it?
 
Now the image for the thanks button is there and all is well with the world. : ). Perhaps the webmaster paid attention.
 
...oops! I spoke too soon. This is weird. From my smart phone, the thanks image is there but from my laptop computer, it is not. Oh well, it's too complex for me.
 
Our site owner/webmaster is down due to health so no fixes should be expected in the near future.
 
Okay, I think I figured it out -- if you have your color scheme set to "Default", the image is there but if you have the "RedGray" color scheme, it is missing. You change the color scheme from the drop down box at the left end of the solid bar at the bottom of the page. I guess no one else really cares but I am a bit of a webpage guy myself so it had me perplexed.

So, webmaster, if you are listening, your RedGray image for the Thanks button is missing.
 
Wheezer....if you are NOT logged in, the 'THANKS' button is NOT visable.....at least that is how it works on my Win7 PC using IE.
 
That's good to know too, kanook, but even when logged in, if you have the "RedGray" color scheme, it doesn't show up, I think. I'm using a Windows XP notebook. I can switch between the two color schemes and the Thanks button is there for the "Default" (Blue) color scheme but not for the RedGray. Try changing on yours and see if that is true for you too.
 
The button is there using either red/grey or default in my setup.....Wierd....In the red/grey screen the button has a red X in it but if I click it it still issues a Thanks.
 
Yeah, the button is there and still works in red/grey, it's just that the image of the button is missing. It is supposed to have an image like the Quote has in red/grey or like it has in the default color. I know, I'm just being picky. : )

Yes wheezer the link to the gif image appears to be incorrect when in the RedGray skin.
