I am not one to sit very long in one place.
Don't really never have time to watch Televison or a movie. And when the chance comes to get to watch something, don't sit very long. Get up and down three plus times during a show.
But, a movie was giving to me to watch. They said I would enjoy.
After about a week, and it was raining outside. I watched. This was
a very interesting biographical film based on Burt Munro.
Never left my chair once.

Really got my attention ...

Many of you would enjoy also. Buy it a Wal-Mart or Rent just about anywhere ....

I saw that movie, you are right, it's a good one. :thumb:

Someone gave me a 'unrated' version of 'Ted'. About a stuffed bear that comes to life. A semi dirty movie. That movie sat and sat at my house, I had the time but no inkling to watch it. Finally one night, weather was bad and was looking for something to watch. I tried Ted. What a hoot. I enjoyed it and was surprised by it. Lots of cussing, drinking and smoking MJ in it but otherwise I thought it funny but it is dumbed down humor. I did not dream I'd like it but live and learn.

We are on well and septic and the outdoor water connect is straight from the well. We have very hard water and as result I seldom wash our vehicles unless rain is on the way and often wash while its raining so that the soft rain water rinses the hard wash water off...other wise the minerals that are left behind from the hard water is worse than the dirt. Neighbors think the old guy who has all those Kubotas is nuts.

Rain moving in later today....time to get out the wash bucket...maybe you fellas have depleted those rain clouds a bit before they arrive.
 
Most amazing photographs! Many thanks for posting. Just curious: can you estimate the height of those flares or spikes on the sun's rim? Everything about astronomy is stated in numbers too large for me to comprehend, but I remain curious about the size of those so clearly shown in your pix.
