    RTV X1100C Operator's Manual

I guess I should finish the manual one of these days. I'm using an app called Fast Scanner Pro on my iPad.

    RTV X1100 air controls

I don't know, but it feels like a cable. I bet something is iced up. Maybe the parts book could help.

    Profound discovery!

Midas, NV. West end of Elko county. 5700 feet elevation. We used to get 10 feet or so of snow in a winter, but lately, not much at all. We NEED water, all the snow is welcome and it is our main source of water for the year.

    Profound discovery!

Both actually. I use it some for snow, but mainly weight. I must build a blade that attaches to the bucket. I have the metal now, but didn't get it done for this winter. I just spent two hours building an 'ice road' from the shed to the driveway. About a hundred yards, sigh... I packed the snow...

    Profound discovery!

I replace the backhoe with the box scraper in winter. It makes a shorter rig. The box scraper is a sort of platform where I carry all my chains and a bucket of tools as well as an old ball mill liner that acts as a counterweight. The extra weight makes the scraper work better and gives the...

    Profound discovery!

Don't drive the tractor into the shed bucket first if you expect snow! DUH! We were gone for a couple of days so I put the tractor in the shed. Drove it in... and we had about 2 feet of wet heavy snow. Grrr... I got the thing out and promptly got it stuck while building an ice road with the box...

    Heavy duty suspension springs

Wow, that's a great price. I do like the air bag idea though. That allows tuning for the situation.

    RTV1100-motor is done

I've been worried about this situation since I started reading about after market turbos or even Kubota turbos... I have seen a lot of messed up pickup trucks where people fiddled with or added turbos or messed with the transmission brain. Looks like asking for trouble to me. I'll run mine as...

    Lurker to poster ratio???

Momma wanted power steering. Twenty some thousand bucks later, we have power steering! The RTV forum would be even more busy if all the RTV posts were in the RTV forum. There are quite a few that keep showing up in the other sort-of-related forums.

    X1100 Work light wiring?

Thanks! I'll undo the taping and see what I find.

    X1100 Work light wiring?

I have my lights. The wiring comes out in the normal location on the roof. The fuses and relays all seem to be in place. So, when I reach into the radio hole in the headliner, I can find a cable with a square plug on it. I'm not sure what to do with this thing. I have separate switches for front...

    RTV X1100 new speakers

Me too. The roof is so HIGH, I think that the speaker cabinet could easily become an 'overhead bin' too. I'm working on an idea for a 'center console' too. My little dawg likes to get as close to the windshield as she can, for better seeing... So, I stood an old metal milk crate, the wire...

    RTV X1100 new speakers

Cool, exactly what I was thinking. I'll be watching.

    RTV X1100 new speakers

Tim, while you are thinking about aluminum, think about extending the 'console' that is in the middle front of the cab roof. I'm planning on making lowering blocks for my sun visors. It will make them MUCH more useful. And, it will allow me to make at least a shelf on both sides of the radio...

    Diesel fuel treatments??

I use the Power Services stuff too. It touts... "keeps injectors cleaner", and "prevents fuel gelling in cold weather". Those in addition to the lubricity make it cheap insurance. I worked as a diesel mechanic for lots of years and like all those things in my fuel. I also use PRI-G in my stored...

We did it! New 2015 RTV-X1100c!!!

I agree on the headrests. I may remove mine. I can't imagine having a rear end collision that would cause whiplash... in the middle of nowhere at 10 mph. LOL...

It is probably because of our point of view.

    RTV X1100C Operator's Manual

Well, OK. I didn't think it was an issue either. Now that I have confirmation on it being OK, and that it is accessible to you guys, I'll try to finish the scanning shortly.

    X1100 - 50 hour Service cost??

You should talk to the dealer about a 'deal'. My dealer gives away the first set of filters for the 50 hour service if you send him a picture of the 'happy customer' in the new rig.
