Easy winter here in Maine so far... We have to haul sleds 50 miles north of here to have any decent snowmobiling. It's been easy on the wood pile too. There's always March, and Maine doesn't usually give up winter easy! ;-)
that forecast sounds familiar... We're ready with the "orange" to fight the battle. I don't have a plow for the RTV though. We will gladly share as well...
Not sure of the weight, but I've rounded up the bed with wet blue clay right out of the ground while digging my pond out. The 900 squat but hauled it off and dumped it like a pro.
just about..
Mine will go on my 5x10 and close the ramp with nothing to spare. I have to back it on to get the right tongue weight though. I have a 6x12 also and it's a much more comfortable fit and it seems to be an easier pull for some reason.
Did the deed today. Purchased an 06 B3030HST with loader and Woods backhoe. It seems like a lot more machine than the B7500 which has been great for 7 years. I'm still uncertain whether the 3030 will be it's replacement or partner. Any thoughts on the B3030 or the Woods backhoe? I'm wavering a...
Great info! thanks... in my research there also is something about problems with an "over-run clutch" on the PTO I saw mwntioned. Any thoughts on that? I have a B7500 and hope the L3400 will be as great a tool as that has been..

There's also a B3030 with backhoe for sale close... How does...
I have some clearing/landscaping plans around the property that would lend nicely to a backhoe. Im looking at an 06 L3400 with 250 hours. It appears to be a good shape with the backhoe only slightly used. Any known bad habits or problems with this model? Any ideas on what a reasonable price...

Hi Phil. I'm am talking about Shawn. Great kid and a pleasure to work with. He's bringing the race car up this weekend for a race at Spud's as a matter of fact. Thanks for the comments on the Kimpex. I will be checking them out. thanks Mike

Hi Phil. A freind that works with me is from just up the road in Frenchville and his wife is from St. Agatha... small world. His father is Frank Martin, maybe you know him. I've heard a lot about the riding up there. The RTV may be a little wide for most of the trails down this way. I'm looking...
I'm also a recent joiner of the group. I am from Buckfield, Maine, just north of Auburn. I have a worksite model that we use around home for chores. I have been thinking of tracks for the machine but hadn't decided which way to go. Where did you get you Kimpex tracks? How expensive and have you...
I happened across a used set of Mattraks. I had thought a bit about buying some tracks (might be fun here in Maine) but didn't think I could justify the expense. What would be a fair price and are there other brands that might be better? thanks! first post here...
