Didn't realize he was your son two guns, he is very talented you must be so proud.
Thanks much BaiJiu for the kind words. I've am, very proud of my boys.
There is much pride and work ( and money ) that goes into these trucks.
Just like everything else in life. It's just what a man likes.
We have all heard of the story about a gunfighter. There is always somebody out there wanting to "out-draw" you.....
Well, here is you a "gun-slinger" story >>>>>
My youngest son, who is quiet as a church house mouse, has a Dodge 3/4 ton with a modified Cummings Diesel !!! The boys modified it to the max.
Truck looks just like a plain 'ole truck.
But as you know, People talk !!!!
A few weeks ago, there was a man with a gas burner that was modified kept on
daring him. Over and over again runing into him up in town wanting him to race.
He would just smile and say, " Don't need to" !!!!
Then it happened. This man made the mistake while going down the levy road
( Levy road has no traffic to speek of ) and come running up to him daring him.
Pulling up beside and gunning his truck. Then it happened. (This was told from the man who was sitting in the passenger seat of the aggresser.)
My son, just looked over, smiled and FLOORED IT !!!!
He left him in a cloud of black smoke. Like a rocket. The man told of him backing out of it at about 125 plus mph, and the diesel was still leaving him like he was sitting still ....
That man found my son and told him he didn't have a clue that a diesel would do such.
He just smiled and told him. Don't let your eyes fool you >>>>>
Of course, when I heard about this up at the local cafe. It pissed me off.
I wanted to choke this man for daring my son. And also, told my son how I felt about him doing this. It scares me him going that fast.
Then I hugged him, and told him how much I love him.
Be careful, I said .... "Daddy is here if you need me " !!!!
He said he was sorry.
I am thinking, " Yes, till next time a dare comes along " >>>>>
......... two guns
