I had the same with my 2006 RTV900 when it was first purchased. The U joints in the front drive shaft were shot. Remove and replace is the only option, there are no U joint grease fittings. Its not difficult to DIY but Kubota parts are crazy expensive IMO.

Installed this on my 2008 RTV900 but did not find it of any value on hilly terrain. BUT changing the transmission fluid to Kubota SUDT along with both filters made a noticeable improvement in power and speed.

Thanks for the heads up. RTV1100 used the D1105 engine. RTV 900 used the D902 Based on past experience I would never buy one used unless I could hear it run and drive. Even then its a crapshoot but for $500 it may be worth a gamble.

The headlight power comes from the ignition switch. Are you certain the ignition was on while you tested for power at the fuse? The power to the headlamp fuse is the Red/White wire at the ignition switch. No voltage there would indicate the switch is kaput.
