    Solved. Well, if you have low charge pressure. Then change or rebuild the charge pump. I rebuilt the pump, just bought the gear and rotor, then couldn't figure out how to remove the seal without damaging the seal, so had to wait a couple weeks for a seal to come in. So if you're going to...

    Alright, I'll start with valve plates, I think they're only like $80. I forget how much charge pump was, not much though. But yeah, it's the block and pistons that I'm trying to avoid, that assembly was around $860. Also, swashplate was around $150, would that contribute to low pressure?
