Actually the 70+ mph i stated was on the trailer,backwards which causes the rear windshield to catch all the air.I went on a hunt a few weeks ago in south texaswith the RTv on a 12ft trailer.and my buddy driving.When I looked over we were runnung about 85mph. So far so good,,no cracks yet.!

Lowered the pressure today to 10psi in the fronts and 12 in the rears..much more "Cushy" ride thats for sure and still goes thru mud like it is not even there.!! Tomorrow the 589's are going to get some Slime,,just in case..!!

I actually hauled mine on a 12ft trailer a few weeks ago and we backed it on but didnt back it all the way to the front of the trailer. Pulled like a dream behind my 2500hd silverado.I have been thinking of buying a smaller trailer so I dont have to use my 21ft trailer all the time.

I am still using 2 ratchet straps,,sometimes a hassle but I just dont feel comfortable without at least 2 good straps on it.. Perfectly legal here is Texas as long as you have at least 2 straps or chains per unit. I believe the 2 straps i am using are rated at 4000lbs each.

Re: Tire Pressure 589's Sidewall says 7lbs max. I was thinking since we are actually exceeding the load rating of this tire a few more psi was needed. Think i will drop mine to 10 in the morning before I go check the traps.

Re: Tire Pressure 589's I have 18 in mine right now and they seem like they are rock hard. think I might try 12-15 and see how they feel. Are they soft with 10lbs?I sometimes haul some pretty good loads and dont want to ruin a tire or run one off the beed.!
