Does anyone know if the Kubota winch mount will fit with the Kubota/Curtis snow plow bracket on the RTV. I'm trying to decide if its worth buying themountor should I just make my own. I want to use a Ramsey 5000lb so I know I'll need to drill new holes. BTW does anyone know the output of the 1100's alternator? Bob

Winch with plow on an 1100?

I can't speak directly to the question. However, we have put a Warn winch w/ hitch mount (owner wanted to use it front and rear) on the same unit as a Blizzard plow. I am not sure if the winch could be mounted on the front while the plow was installed, but the winch had no interference with the plow mount frame. </P>
There is a kit for the front and rear wiring of the Warn winch, along with the mount plate. This may work with your Ramsey, or Ramsey may have their own. However, I recommend going with the hitch mount, which would increase the versatility of the winch. We wired it in with a dash mount switch, and put the remote (wire extension) socket just inside the driver's door. We mounted the relay under the drivers side seat, and ran two sets of high amp cable, one to front and one to rear. </P>
