why I have been quiet

Thanks Guys. The blood test, the stool samples and the cat scan came up negative. My doctor referred me to a GI specialist. Gotta get better, cause I am out of sick leave.

Funny thing.:yum: That's the same thing Dougster said:pat:. Actually, I like mild Tex Mex, not Mexican food. I don't do Jalapeno peppers. I drink Tequila...and no, I didn't eat the worm.:puke1: But I might try some tequila this weekend since I have finished my antibotic prescription.:eek:

Dougster is really just hanging in there. I don't eat Mexican food, just Tex-Mex. There is a big difference.

Maybe she drank the water?:pat: Hopefully things ARE getting better. I don't get in here much these days, but just a heads up that I will be coming to Houston sometime in September. Maybe I can buy you margarita and make it all better! :alc:

My August 18th colonoscopy showed all normal. I am back to my normal health. Guess it was all stress dealing with all of Mom and Dad's affairs and my brother. I got poison ivy the first of the month...from trimming weeds with the Weedeater, then Hurricane Ike came in. We were lucky with only a dent in the roof and had water back on after 5 days and electricity on after 7 days. We had almost of the trees cut up and on the burn piles this last Saturday. I almost stuck the Big RED Beast in the front yard the day the storm passed, trying to get to the limbs on the roof! My neighbors had a tree fall across their fence and cut it up before I could tell them to cut it at the fence. I wanted to drag it off with the Mahindra, but they had already cut it up real small to handle by hand.
Mom fell yesterday and broke her hip. Surgeon says he will replace half her hip in a day or two. Please send more prayers. Thanks in advance.

WOW.... You've sure been getting more'n your share of character builders here of late. Hope things get better a'fore long. This has been a rough year for some of us. Seems I'm starting to make it out the other end and finding daylight again. Hope the same happens for you soon.
