Transmission snorkel breather

I noticed on the parts/accessories list that mannie had a transmission snorkel breather. What is this? what is the purpose? can i get 1?</p>

Nope, not yet !!! But I did purchase a new cap so I can build one >>>> just have not had a chance to get around2 it . </p>
