You do nice work! Please get a video of it beating the ground into submission when you take it out for the first run.

Sweet!
Can you tell me what sub-soilers like that one are going for these days? I have either identical or similar and was going to sell.
Thanks!Craigslist $175.00 I like this old Dearborn Model 10-89 because they were built tough.
Thanks!
That looks like the one I got. Here's a pic of it before I picked it up.
I don't recall seeing a tag on mine anywhere. I did print that old brochure page and will take that to the shop.
Mine is in very good shape. Glad I didn't push the issue and put it on CL for $100 like I was thinking last fall. Now I'm 2nd guessing the value of the 1-bottom plow I have as well. Old, heavy but in great condition.
My days of laying any kind of pipe around here are over. When I bought the place about 20 years ago, it needed some work. I brought in something like 300 dump truck loads of dirt/fill, several hundred tons of stone... I live on hill so the yard need tiled as well especially to keep water away from the house and buildings. I laid over 1000' of drain tile.
I also have backhoes available anytime I want them so I normally go that route if/when needed.
