Here's my old workhorse in it's newest rendition. Extended wheel base, raised front and extended hood to cover the AENL Wisconsin 9.2hp. Still need to finish hood, build 3PH and paint.

I'm still thinking out the 3Ph as I have the original hand operated that I could power eather way electric or hydraulic. The Jeep wheels had the right pattern but are mounted bassackwards and I needed more width to clear floorboards. The only thing I ground on the wheels was the ridge around center hole.

This is the one that had the boom and it is set up for 3ph now.

Got around to welding in gaps in hood and smoothing out the outer surface for paint. Also added Chevete pulley to original to power an alternator and ford power steering pump for hydraulics.

I got around to painting the hood and rims and will post pic's after washing tractor.

It's still a long ways from where I want to get it, but here's 3 pic's. The last shows the extended floorboards with a 2" lipat the rear to keep my feet from getting into the tires and it works well.

Guys, I dug in my scrap pile and built a 44" box blade that I can use with this Suburban and 4041 Simplicity. I just came in from drilling the rippers and painting. Here's some before rippers and paint and will post some after paint tomorrow.

Keith, Oh, how I love this conversion.

It's the little things some may not have noticed (like the alternator ).

I just acquired a 5' X 7" 'blade' and decided to chuck it up in my horizontal band saw to lop off the torch'ed end. Well, it so hard that it wiped the teeth off the band in less than a minute. Maybe you'd like this if you're up my way in the near future?

Looking forward to the rippers fabrication, more pic's of course and updates on your progress.

Mark, That's one thing the AENL Wisconsin doesn't come with (charging system).

The rippers are 2 1/4x1 bar with bottom cut at a angle and will weld a short 1/4" tooth sticking forward.

Put my converted David Bradly moleboard plow on today and dug ditches to drain the park next door of ground water runoff. I sure churned a lot of mud.
