Starting issues got me stumped!

I don't have a picture, but you will have to take the rear skid plate off to see it, on the X1100C there are 5 bolts holding skid plate on, when you see the bell housing after skid plate removal you'll see the plug at the bottom. Earlier in the thread there was a suggestion of using a hole drill so the plug could be access without removing the skid plate, I didn't do that so I will be laying under the RTV one more time.

Sorry for the double picture, part 100 and the copper washer are at the bottom of Bell Housing, you will need to remove the skid plate to see part 100 and the bottom of the bell housing. Hope this helps.
You would think that there is some kind of petrolium fluid in that housing. Wouldn't that defeat the purpose of draining water and fluid? What am i missing?

I wonder if Kubota recognized this problem an the fix is this whole goods item U19500 BREATHER KIT
The breather kit was on the original 2014 X 1100C starter I removed and new starter purchased had the kit with it, the kit seals the starter but water getting into the bell housing from some other source can still get into the starter.
