Peanut, I just have to tell you, this stuff you make is amazing! I'm happily married and have been for more than 40 years so I don't want you to think I'm funny or anything but if I were single, I'd move down there close to you! : ) That way you could use my TWO RTV 900's to experiment on.

bordercollie, you don't have much room to talk. I saw that weed wiper setup you made. That is pretty amazing too. The more I look at previous posts on this forum, the more intimidated I am. You and Peanut would make a great team!

Those fenders was for my john deere hpx.if you can get me some pictures and measurements I can make some for the rtv.I will say they held up great infact I had a picture of me standing on one after I mounted them to the hpx.I sure wish you lived by me .I can only imagine the stuff I could make if I got my hands on an rtv..

I'm gonna make it my business tomorrow to get you some pictures and as many measurements as I can figure out. I'll post it here tomorrow when I'm done. I bet there's a lot of folks who could use a set of fine looking fenders for their RTV.

Haha Wheezer. The stick stoppers that I got from Peanut are still perfect. and that is after -over 2 years and 1200 plus hrs on pasture brush/ limbs and... cow pies- lots of 'em . :) bordercollie

of all the members I think bordercollie would be the one to really give those stickstoppers a good try out .the way I built my fenders for my hpx is I took the plastic ones off and made a replica of them out of aluminum.after I tried them out to make sure they fit I then done some mods to them . if you can get by with one fender and send me one of the ones off the rtv it would be real easy to make a set for it.the same goes for any part you would need that broke or if you just want it made out of metal instead of plastic.i can build anything I never turn down a chance to make something.i keep my machine and tool box in the back of my truck because i'm on a 24 hour call so I got to be ready to go as soon as I get the call.i just recently went out and got me a nice miller spool gun for my aluminum work .I was using the gun from a guy I was working for but I gave it back to him when I quit .I knew I had to get my own so I went out and got me one. if anyone needs anything made out of steel or aluminum and even stainless steel just let me know.also if anyone has an old hydraulic tank off the rtv I would like to make one out of aluminum or stainlesssteel. before you guys ever buy anything give me a pm and ask me about it i'm sure I can beat any price that the companies have. i do make bed tool boxes out of aluminum. im also working on a set of bed rails for a member will post pics as soon as i get them done.might have to just take a road trip to twoguns house one day and get a bunch of measuremets and maybe just make a few things for the rtv while im there.

I get it, Peanut. Here is a bunch of pictures of the fender and a sketch with some dimensions I annotated on it. Really the only critical part is to get the holes for fender attachment right, and then for attachment of the mud flaps. Other than that, it just a matter of looks, I suppose. The attachment called "dimensions" has my measurements. Now that I have made the measurements, I see how it would still be difficult to make a fender from this information that was EXACTLY to match the OEM one. I really don't need it to exactly match but other folks might want that so I am going to send you the actual fender whenever you give me a shipping address.

I don't think I included the overall width. Looking at the last photo that shows the underside of the fender (and the toe of my shoe as well as camera strap), the width from side to side of the fender is 12 inches.

My email address is already on a thousand spam lists so I don't mind posting it here: leophillips@birdgoods.com If you want to send your shipping address to me at that email address, I'll get the fender shipped to you ASAP.
