I use this one for my RTV. Seems to work. When I'm done plowing and plug it back in it charges for a minute or so, then goes into float.

I have Battery Tender brand on my atv's.....but in the cold unheated shed the wires on those seem to crack and fail right at the charger body all the time.

Another apparent benefit of the Battery Tender is that with the higher batter voltage, the glow plugs seen to get hotter and the engine turns over much faster and it starts up like it was the middle of summer.
