It seems to me that most failures on here are due to poor maintenance.

Hi there thanks for your help that’s saved me messing around and a load of work and money. I’ve stripped the pump out today and removed all the broken bits maybe I can order the new parts I need online
 
Hi there thank you I did go on Messicks but I was struggling to find the correct diagram to open I did manage to open a page but I wasn’t sure it was the correct pump motor so I think it would be easier for me to call a company and give them my machine numbers and hopefully they can sort my parts over the phone.

Since Messick's cannot ship parts internationally a local dealer may be able to assist.
