How old is your high intake, I purchased mine in the beginning months of of 2007</P>

It seems both air intakes are available. [they were when I was just pricing acc] The roof mount for those that have a full cab. Someone that is not putting on a roof at all of course can't use that one, so there is a screen mount. </P>


I am not sure which mount I will get, but I will make my own window anyways. My time of biggest need for the window is when I will be hauling wood... and it would be protected mounted on the inside. </P>

There are different high mount air cleaner kits for the RTV900:

I have had my roof mount intake for almost a year (I Think). Our good friends at Messick set me up and are aware of the 2 intakes and their applications. I was thinking it would be just the parts to move the existing air cleaner up high. It is an entirely new air intake and takes a larger filter. The good news... it now takes the same filter as my 3710 tractor.
