Pro Konvert fitment problem? Parking break rubber handle slipping off.

Hello All:

I have a pro Konvert bed. It is great.

It is about 1/2in out of plumb where the tail gate meets on one side.

Is this normal? Should I be concerned while it is still under warranty I can get it fixed.

The bed is rolled a little under the tail gate.

Parking brake rubber is also loose/comes off

What is a pro Konvert bed? More pics might help of the entire bed.
A little glue would fix the parking brake handle ...but since it's under warranty I would get it back to the dealer.
 
Thanks Doc! The sides flip down and come off to convert to a flat bed. Please let me know if this picture doesn't clear things up, and I can take another one.

This is at the front of the bed. That handle unlatches the side. The side flips down and 2 pins are removed to take the side off.

The side is connected to the bed frame with 2 pins.

The previous picture shows a gap between the tail gate and the side of about 1/2 in. I am wondering if this is normal or needs to be fixed?

Ahh, that helps. Unfortunately I've never seen a pro konvert bed, so I have nothing to compare it to. With side folding down to a flat bed the might might be normal. Can you take a peek at others at the dealers?
 
Return it to dealer for both. You don't need any finger pointing for home attempted fixes. Just my opinion of course. Not everyone has a dealer a few miles away. I do like the extra length and flexibility of that bed.
