Pro gator 2020a questions

Hoping someone here is experienced with the progators. I have a 2000 2020a pro gator. It has the three cylinder Yanmar engine it. I am generally good with engines but not electrical.
Engine runs but only runs on two cylinders. The middle cylinder does not spark. There are three coils and I switched the coil from a good one to the middle and the middle to the other and the middle does not spark still and coil works on the other cylinder. Spark plug is good. I only have a test light and there is power to the coil and pulsing power out of it but when the wire is hooked to it no pulsing. Wires go to a transistor but odd that two of three are good. Any ideas?

I would check the engine ignition pulsers and the wiring going to it. Make sure there are no insulation breaks. Make sure the clearances are correct.

That worked. Thank you for your help. Wasn’t the pulser but a wire to it but you put me on the right track.
