when you post, the "manage attachments" button below opens a new window. It will have buttons for browsing your computer to pick the correct picture from the card you have inserted in your computer. Click on the "upload " button after you have selected the correct picture. Notice on the new "manage attachments" window that types of files are limited as to how large they can be. Some pictures will need to be re-sized to a smaller size. Windows Vista will do that if you right click on the picture. There are also free downloadable programs for picture re-sizing.

The only tidbit I'd add is to see that manage attachments button you have to click the "Go Advanced" button for your reply. The Manage Attachments button will be down under the submit button. Scroll down and you'll see it. Hope this helps.
I use irfanview for viewing multiple pics and resizing quickly. It's a free download:
