Hi Bordercollie, I tried to send some photos of the construction of that rail system as I thought it might be helpfull to others also. It is a very easy project. I just used some 1/8 by 2" alum. angle I had in the shop and some 3/4 by 4' oak for the rails that was also surplus. I started to make the tail end removable but wanted strength, so I tied it all together and it dumps firewood or whatever below the rails just fine. I brought down three loads of wood today (A foot or so over the rails) and it stacked over a cord, so its going to be good. It is actually stronger then I thought it would be as there is no wiggle anywhere. I will appeal to bczoom's good nature to post the photo's for me by e-mail

That is real nice Kobe. :tiphat: The measurements are great too. If I didn't have a toolbox on the side, I could use that.... I do have the plywood in the bottom of my cargo bed and it has been really helpful .( I have my toolbox mounted to it as to not drill holes in my cargo bed). I do put in an extra long piece of plywood when hauling and sliding out the 250 lb lick blocks I carry at times. __ to save the weight on my tailgate as it slides out. ... catch ya'll tomorrow evening when I get home. collie
