I have an OEM set of worksite tires and rims from a 2004 RTV. I don't think they have more than 10 hours on them. (I replaced with aftermarket tires/rims with more aggressive tread just after I bought my RTV). No rust, like new tread, garage kept...
I'm really on the fence on whether I want to sell. If I get a flat tire, these are my spares. For that reason, I don't want or need to sell but would for the right price. After shopping around, let me know if you're interested.
I too am in PA but I think I'm on the opposite side as you. I would travel to Grove City with them. Shipping directly to you would probably cost more than you driving across I-80 to meet me.
