Loader sensitivity

My 2014 3616 HST Loader seems to be overly sensitive in the up and down loader functions. I read my manual that says the knob under the seat adjusts the hydraulic speed. I ran it in and it didn’t appear to have any real effect on the loader, but it did slow down the 3-point. Is there a different means to adjust the loader? Maybe on the joystick valve body?

The knob under the seat is only for the 3-point hitch.
I don't believe there's an adjustment.
The high speed movement is natural.
As I recall, this tractor is new to you. I'd just lower the throttle to 1/2 and get more experience and you'll get used to the sensitivity and gain smoother operation.

Yes, thanks for clearing that up. That’s what I found on the 3-point control too. Yes, this is my first real tractor with a loader. After working leveling my lay down area for 3-4 hrs I started to get a little better with the controls.

I wish it had a swivel seat on it. I got a sore neck from cranking my head around so much. I may have to fab one up. I bought a new seat because that was the only thing it really needed when I got it.

I restored a 1957 John Deere 420U 5-speed a few years ago but I don’t want to install a loader on it. It’s really just for parades. I’ll post the JD w/pics in the appropriate forum here. Don’t want to offend any Mahindra folks.
