L5240 hydraulics pulsing

Unless the 3pt hitch is all the way down, the hydraulics pulse on my tractor.

Any ideas as to the cause?

Is that the hydraulics pulse on FEL or drive?

Have the same tractor with same issue. Does it intermittently. Pretty annoying. If you find out why, I'd be interested to know how to fix.
