My RTV 1100 C hesitates a good 30 to 40 seconds before going forward or backwards

Filter new? Fluid full? Suction screen clean? How old is your machine?

Filters are new just changed oil rtv is 7 years old .where do i find suction screen on machine ?

The suction screen is on the bottom of the hydraulic tank, I was just had an older Kubota tractor that had no hydraulic power and found that the suction screen was clogged. It looked fine, but even diesel fuel would not pass through it. Cut the screen off and now there is full hydraulic power. Amazed me because when I first checked the screen it looked fine! Need to purchase a new one now that I know the hydraulic pump is not the problem. Good luck.

was the oil 7 years old? was it hesitating before the oil change? did you use Kubota oil and filters?

Repairing for a friend. Don’t know much about history, but likely only a few hundred hours on oil. Looked ok but I think the strainer was never cleaned. 3-point hitch wouldn’t move. Now it is fully functional.
