My knees are shot. Getting the 1st one done tomorrow. Not looking forward to it but it is necessary. The pain I have with it now can't be much worse than the pain from the surgery I hope.

Good luck Doc. and prayers for a quick recovery.
God Bless and Merry Christmas, stay safe, healthy and happy.
Thanks for all you do and have done to keep this family together.

Doc, you will be glad when it's done.. just follow the rules and do what the Doctor says !! My 94 year old aunt just had her hip replaced and is doing good- (she is stubborn but reluctantly followed the rules) Prayers for a speedy recovery. God bless you and your family.

Feeling surprisingly good. Been snoozing. Ate a bit of lunch then worked with occupational therapy. Walked the length of the hall. No major pain. Pain blocker still working i guess.
So far so good. Be here overnight. Meet with PT tomorrow then should he released.

Doc, Hows the progression coming along on your knee replacement?
Don't see you logged in which is unusual.

Coming along nicely. I can walk but they suggest I stay with walker to keep pressure off the knee until it heals more. Still swelled and painful but not to bad.
Having Christmas with the kids today so off line more than on. Watching Buckeyes kick butt. So far so good but ...we know that can change way to fast.
Thanks for asking.

Week 3 was still a good bit of pain. Hard sleeping. Will hit 4 weeks after surgery in two days. Still painful but not quite as much as it was last week. Will be worth it in the long run but these first few weeks are no fun at all.

Just keep going Doc, the more the better. Moving around and doing the usual chores the better - don't baby it. Pain is progress for the most part..
