Insulate cab for noise???

Has anyone installed the sound deadening rubberized matting under the seat to try to kill the engine noise? I purchased several boxes of the mat but there are several access points under the seat that probably should not be covered.
Any recommendations as my wife says its too loud for her to ride in.

I have never been a fan of Kubota's floor mats until the bx 70-1 series. My x1100 didn't come with a floor mat. I ordered one on line and was disappointed when it arrived. I used one of these on the floor https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01N0WXJ14/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
and topped it with Dynamat's DynaDeck, both were cut to size so there isn't any spaces or gaps front to back and they go to the doors. I also used DynaDeck on the metal inside fender wells. The lower layer has the plastic push pins in it. The DynaDeck is heavy enough to remain in place with out bunching up or moving. and so far it wears like iron cleans easily and doesn't show every dusty foot print like the factory floor mat does. I downloaded an app on my phone and compared the readings to the factory reported sound level (84db) and was able to reduce the sound level at the driver's ear to 74 decibels at full throttle and top speed. here are pics. The metal bar in the second picture is for the mud flaps.

To answer your question directly, the round fill plug for the hydraulic tank and the seat support for sure. I am not sure what the long oval plug is for. I considered doing the area under the seat but I didn't want to inadvertently make the seats tilt forward or the storage tray not fit right.

It's possible you may not be able to get it quiet enough if she is sensitive about sounds. I would consider just buying an industrial grade set of noise blocking ear phones. They also come with radios installed if she likes tunes.

My 900 doesn't bother me when I drive it but my Husgvarna riding tractor is a banshee when it's moving grass. I bought a set of Sony noise canceling headphones and just listen to music or podcasts via bluetooth with my android phone. Works great.
