I bought a used 3540 gear tractor a couple of years ago.
It has a spell valve to control a 2 function back grader blade. The valve works, but when not in use the
line that I assume provides high pressure to the spool valve gets very hot.
It just started leaking at its connection point deep behind the right rear wheel.
I am going to remove the wheel to look at the problem, but I think the plumbing might be wrong so I don't
want to just change a hose and have to do it again. There is a loader as well, but I don't see any hoses between the loader and the rear
valve box. I think the 2 valves should be daisy chained with a hose to power beyond ports, but I just don't know where to look for these.
Any advice or insights would be appreciated. The rear wheel is filled with calcium chloride, so I just want to do this one time
Thanks
