How do you tighten the fan belt on a RTV1100c?

I have a RTV1100C that needs its fan belt tightened. I am able to get to the top bolt however the bottom bolt is a bear to get to. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get to it?

Find a kid with skinny arms. That is what my dad always did. I was the kid with skinny arms..........

The rtv 1100 doesn't have a fan. But the water pump belt is adjusted with the alternator i think.
