So far, so good! It's a solid unit and only time will tell for the long term. It does more than ever thunk it would. Doesn't stop me from pushing the limits sometime ......

Is that block that you used for the base courses on your garage? Oe is it poured forming?

It's two row of block. There is a ledge in front of the block and I plan on using blue stone to cover the block, eventually....I am about to wire it, I put an underground pipe in for the electrical and than I will insulate it and I bought toung and grove 8" siding from the builder for the inside. Lots of work but it should be nice. I would like to also get the electric meter off the side of the house, I see they did the same to you, not sure why or what they are thinking when they do that???

In the early/mid sixties, we spent almost every weekend at Greenwood lake, Is it still the same with bar one of top of each other?

Any pictures of it in action? Are they over $3k. I guess you need the extra pluming done as well.

Can't remember exactly what I paid, but I see they are now asking $1,469.00 plus freight. You might be able to beat that with an off-season purchase, but with steel prices going crazy I wouldn't bet on it.

They still have a few and a few good restaurants as well. I do not visit that town very often but they had a good fireworks show this past 4th of July.
