Ok,my frame is done finally! I made a template for the floor wheel wells, was pretty easy actually,I was able to do it with only one seam! Two sections.i used my flatbed truck as a bender lol.put the metal between my 2x8's on my truck flatbed,an boom! Results in my photos below,an on my YouTube chanel.81deeds72 if interested.
So I'd like to send the template to a administrator here,so if anyone is in need they will be on hand again.i can send a alluminum template,or card board.cardboard is nice because it will do both sides, just flip it .alluminum you will need one for pass, one for drivers as it won't bend oviously. Let me know what you all think.

Nice work. You are talented.   :tiphat:
Thank you very much,do you know where I should send the template? Would you want it for other members? I know when spring hits,I won't be able to be checking here everyday,as I need to finish my dovetail log cabin an gather wood for the next season as its going to be my permanent home an as of now, all.i have is it enclosed.nothing else at all.an I'm 100% offgrid as well, so a lot of work! I'm thinking of filming it too.havnt decided.
Let me know what you think about the templates,I think cardboard ones be best to ship, but I can also cut all the pieces individually out of alluminum, an just number them to fit together with tape for whoever needs them, actually I think k that be best way for sure, but your input be great.i will have more pics/ videos on YouTube once passenger side is complete an then do drivers side.its a lot of tedious work fitting them perfectly since I have nothing to go by,but its getting there.
Thank you again

Looks great!
Thank you very much, more videos on youtube soon once I complete pass side I will post pics here too of coarse.im hoping I can send the templates to someone that can hold onto them for when there in need.im going to make alluminum pieces an number them.that way when someone needs them, all they have to do is tape them together an boom! Allset.

Derek - Thanks for your offer to the forum to create templates for what you've made.
A story for a different thread but unfortunately, I won't be able to keep/store the template(s).
If possible, I'd like to suggest a couple options.
1) You keep the templates.
2) You take measurements/pictures of the templates and post the pictures/dimensions here.

The early models like yours and mine are in dwindling numbers. There may be a demand for templates like these as older RTV's start to degrade/rot or maybe many have been scrapped. I don't know the answer. Have enjoyed watching your posts/threads on resurrecting your machine.

Good job !! I'm looking forward to seeing the floor and other parts installed ,and you going around the homeplace in your machine . :)

very good looking repair! impressive to say the least. don't forget to make a pair of stick stoppers for the front to protect your axle boots. there was a member "peanut" who used to make them but if someone can find a picture of them i have no doubt you can make some
