Hello again all,I know everyone loves pics so below a couple on my floor an fender wells I made. The floor i made out of alluminum so no more issues,an the wheel wells are galvanized steel.then zinc primed,an then sprayed 4 coats of truck bed liner on them.the chasis I ended up making with box tubing as factory was..then primed,an used por 15 on entire rtv.then I also sprayed truck bed coating on it as well.once it all dried I drilled 1/4 inch access holes in front tube chasis,an also on box chasis on lower part an made a tube attached to a fluid film can an sprayed fluid film inside entire chasis, top an bottom.its all on my YouTube videos for those that don't know or haven't seen yet.
I will be posting a new video tommorow as I'm going to be doing final assembly on it.i also did a lot of plastic welding on all the fenders as they had a few pieces missing from hitting things I guess, since I went this far I figured I fix them too!!! Then 36 grit sandpaper on all the plastic (except the nose piece) thats staying kubota orange.but all the plastic is sprayed with truck bed coating as well, since I have the gun an had 2 gallons of the stuff sitting around, figured I use it up haha.came out ok for what it is.any question please ask away.
Thank everyone also.
NOW FOR A QUESTION....
I'm thinking about making doors for this.
Anyone done this before? I searched but didn't see anything.i have access to plenty of lexan for a rear window.i already have glass front window,so thinking alluminum door frames,an using a old jeep soft top to make my door skins out of an the plastic jeep windows as well.any thoughts on this?

have you considered using surplus doors from an 1100? or you can make a type of cab like we used to do on the old dozer rops? attach flat steel to the rops and cut the window and door openings and use the piece that you cut out to skin the door? just ruminating

I wish I had pics. The shop at the mine I work at made their own doors for their RTV's because up here in Canada Kubota or maybe it's the company that sets them up for mining applications wanted an absurd amount of money for doors. I think it was 5 grand. So our welder made doors with square tube framing. They looked and worked perfect and had way better hinges and latches.
