We use our RTV to unroll hay for the cows.

Great pictures. Up here they seem to set the big round bails into a feeder and it looks kike they just pull at the big bail. Your way seems easier on the cows. Thanks for the pictures. My RTV has a bail of hay in the back and I go around and feed the deer. Ron

Great pics!

The Airdale caught me a bit off gaurd. Never thought of them as a cattle dog.

Let me guess-the one in the seat is the oldest, the pup is in the bed, and the AD keeps the driver straight!!!!</P>

Great shots of man's best friends! The bale rolls out good and probably not as much waste as 20 standing around the bale and having "pulled hay"</P>

Thanks for sharing.</P>

Thank you for sharing the great pictures with us. The capture with the dogs is super. Mrs. Two Guns & myself both love dogs...</P>

Looks like you have the cattle under control >>>. [:D]</P>

Hi Lively, I agree that those are some great pictures! You can tell by the pups expression that they like the picture taker. One Question, where do you sit? HaHa.Are you dogs possessive of the RTV.? Bordercollie Belle is of mine. Bordercollie Millie likes the 4whlr more. Dogs add so much to life on a farm. They are family for sure. If the pups are ever nowhere to be found , just crank up and they will come a running.Have fun ! Bordercollie[&][&]

<FONT face=Arial>Great Pics thanks for sharing. My dogs havent got the hang of the RTV yet. Looks like your crew own the RTV.</FONT></P>

The dogs own the RTV and let me borrow it from time to time.
Rolling out hay is easier on the pasture and the cows.

I have a couple of questions.
I'm looking for a saddle toolbox.I talked to the people at Rayside , and told they didn't have anything or know where to get one. Anyone know where to find one?
Has anyone installed a rechargeable fashlight in their RTV? If so how do you keep the battery from discharging?

Any information is appreciated

Use Maglites (http://www.maglite.com/product.asp?psc=RECHARGE) & love them, have them in all my vehicles& two in the home !!!!Best price is Natchez Shooter Supply **** Natchezss.com item #MLRX1019 **** Has everything you need for your RTV, and also comes with a home A/C charger. You will appreciate these lights ... We use them for everything, mostly during the hunting trips !!!! 1-800-251-7839 </P>

Saddle Toolbox ***** Agri-Supply >>>> www.agri-supply.com *** 1-800-345-0169</P>

Agri-Supply has the saddle-boxs, any size you want .... Also, they are where I purchased my tractor lights for the front & rear on the RTV ( items # 16369 @ 14.49 each ), Safety Moving Tractor Triangle ( item # 12377 @ 7.49 ) & the heavy plastic case which I keep smaller items in ( item # 65728 @ 4.99 each ) They also carry the reciever ball mounts ( 1 1/4" ) for the front and back. If you going to put a winch on it , purchase yourself a shackle from them to put on the front to hang your hook, and will also give you something to tie onto with !!!!</P>

I would find out what all I wanted, and ship it a one time, to save on shipping cost !!!! They are a great company to do business with !!!!!!</P>

Hi Lively, We also use the Mag rechargeables. We have 4 of them altogether. They come with an ac/dc charger. The mag comes with2 quick disconnect brackets. You can mount one in the house and one on the RTV.The charger snaps into either bracket so you can keepthe lighton the charger wherever you are. Someone just" borrowed" one of ours so I just ordered a new one from Amazon and the guaranteed forever{not bulb or battery pack]flashlight was only 79.99 with free shipping! I have a Streamlight ultra Stinger on my RTV. I like it because it is about as bright as the mag but a lot smaller. I leave it on the charger constantly as well as the Mags. The Mag manual says the same thing about their unit being fine to leave on the charger. Even though each light has a tight gripping cradle,I hit so many rough bumps that I have my charger/light cradled in my canvas emergency tool bag under the hood. I would mount it in the cab but I 'mnot taking any chances on poping the light off. Each light is very well made and feels good . No plastic here .You can put these lights in your will. Good Luck, Bordercollie[&][&] Edit: the mag light has went up $16 since I ordered 2 weeks agofrom Amazon. The price will usually go back down some so if you are interested in it check every day or 2 for a reduction in price.</P>

A little off subject but somewhat related. I haven't talked to Charles (the owner of Rayside) in awhile. Does he still offer toolboxes for the RTV?
