If the dealer has one on the lot, they may be able to get you quick measurements.

On the top, there's a "dimensions" tab that'll give the tractor dimensions.
There's also a tab for "attachments" and it'll give the dimensions for the loader and backhoe.
That said, I'm a firm believer in building the biggest shed or building you can. I'd guess your TLB would fit in an 8x20' with an 8' roof but why not go bigger? There's always other things that'll need stored.
I built a 32x48' building for my tractor and some other equipment. Within 2 years, I was adding on.

I just measured the length of my similarly sized tractor. With the loader on the front and a blade off the 3PH, I was at 15' give or take.
It's going to be really close on the 16' length you have.
