"2 gallon sprayer", not a bad idea, I have one. But I've notice the older I get, the less mud I go through. I used to go through water and mud up to the handle bars or air intake, once over the air intake, that really took the fun out of four wheeling. So at least for 1 year, I'll keep it out of mud more than foot deep, or until the new-ness wares off, or paid off.
Right now up here in Maine, snow is on my mine. I priced a snow plow, winch, and mounting plate for the Rhino, $1,180.00, out the door. I'm thinking about putting it on my Christmas list, the wife should be done hollering at me by then.

I like your style! It's always good to have a plan.

Installed my stick stoppers today. Very we'll made and fit perfectly. Thanks tommy

"also one thing is a must do for the rhino and that is to add a second brace to the rear differential because they have been known to break the mounts when stressed out from heavy hauling or huge tires"
Re-reading some of these post, while I got a min., been busy rebuilding my garage, and I have been doing some heavy hauling of lumber on my trailer with my new Rhino, (which is a 2012 left over), but in a couple weeks, I will be doing a lot of heavy hauling of getting my firewood in, all of 8 cord. I'm not gonna baby the Rhino ether, I'm gonna fill the my trailer right up to the top= 1/2 cord/load. Since (04) I was using my 650 Cat ATV.
Peanut, I would like to know more about a second brace for the differential, like what kind of brace should I add, and next year, I want add that clutch kit to the Rhino you talk about, and some day when I get my own side by side factory, Ill make one with 2 speed transmission so it will go slow like a tractor, and fast like an ATV.

I just got my stick stoppers this week from Rocky Mountain, made by Warn. I thought they was made of steel, but there aluminum, ether way I bet they wont be as good as the ones I made for my (04) 650 Arctic Cat. I could drive over a brush pile, and no sticks would hit the boots. But they should work for now, probably put them on this weekend some time between busy, and to busy.

the brace goes over the top of the diferential. it helps to hold it in place better . if I remember correctly .here is a pic I got off the internet. I just looked at the price and wow almost 50 bucks for this little piece of metal.if you need or want I can make you a better one for a lot less.it sounds like you do fab work yourself so you might be better off just making one yourself.also there are many diferent types of braces they make this one is the smallest .there is another one that looks a lot more better an also it looks like it would hold the dif a lot tighter.the orange one is the one I would go with .if you can I would make one or two and secure it good that way you have no movement.let me know if I can help you out.

Thanks for the pictures Peanut, I agree the orange one looks stronger, and $50.00 is a bitt much for me right now, but if you want to make me one for low cost of $19.95, and since you was gonna take a vacation in Maine anyways, you can drop it off at my house, and save me the sipping and handling charges. I might have enough time to bolt it on.
And yes I have done some fab work, simple stuff, in my shop before it burnt down, in process of rebuilding. Right now I just have small mig welder and torches to get me by. I do welding for a living, ship fitters put it together, and I weld it. I'm just not that good with a tape measure or math, sometimes it seams like there's just to many lines between the numbers.

Just do like I've seen others do.

Just scream out, " four little lines followed by two smaller ones on the right
side of the number seven" ......

Like the man asking can see threw your eys .................

Twoguns that's just to damn funy.lmao.titus ill see aboutmakin a brace for ya I agree with ya they want way to much for something that can be made in such little time.

I got my WARN front axle boot guards on the Rhino today, took me all freaken afternoon because I wanted add some flexible belt on the ends so it would protect the boot when the wheel is at full turn, and to matter worse, I made two a pieces that was ("four little lines followed by two smaller ones on the right side of the number seven") I'll see how it works when the sun comes back out.

Peanut, or anybody out there with Rhino Intel got your ears on tonight?
Like to know what size bolt to get so I can make the rear differential brace that bolts on the rear diff., quite sure it's metric, but what size, anybody know, anyone, time to start hauling in firewood.
