I will take one with a single straight piece of 4" pipe with two light tabs flush with the bottom pointing forward. No signals. Need a match for the front too. 4" straight with 3" grillguard and 2 tabs.

I Like It very much..! Can you camo it with real tree hardwoods to match the Body? If so put me on the waiting list!!!!!!!!!

Can I make A Suggestion? LED lights would save some juice on the Alternator and if they were sealed or even waterproof they would last much longer. Lots of mud and water gets splashed around back there.

I will get into great detail with you on it. If necessary I willhaul my 1100 down there and spend the day. That will be best for discussions, measurements, etc.

Nice looking work and a lot of good suggestions. The LED lites would be a big improvments. If you plan on making a lot of these look into using Moly Steel tubing instead of pipe, it is stronger and a whole lot less weight. Pipe has a seam in it and the Moly doesn't.

I live near a company named CamoClad, and they have all the camos available in 3M tapes. The tapes are used on everything, including Nascar cars. The tapes are available in sheets and rolls. Really a neat product. A lot of hunters have their entire trucks covered and boats, too. Their website is www.camoclad.com and the owner is Joe Warner-great company and owner. Have a permanent type and a removable type too. Even precut kits for covering shotguns. Just throwing this out as it is an excellent product. I am going to use it on my 1100 to cover some of the painted areas, if I ever get back to working on it.

well yourright the light theyn't have enogh of them but as for as the tubing your half right . we use it on cranes booms sure it is lighter and stronger but not for a bumper tubing can take crush impacts good sorta like putting a coke can under your foot and standing up on it the can only weights grams but it will supoort you until you tap the thin side then it colapses.thats the same thing with tubing you can take a pice of pipe and a piece of tubeing and bang them on a table the pipe will be alot less damages verses the tubing. if tubing was so strong they wouldn't put cross braces in the rops thats what they are for the "crush" or "crumple factor. . we used to make offshore baskets for our cutting bottles and other things and when they would be off loading the boat the racks would be banging all over the place now the racks was made out of regular pipe but they didn't even ding or dent unless it was a really big hit. but the crane booms they would wrap the sling the wrong way and the tubing would bend.. as for as the seam in the pipe it's soild the welds on pipe are accualy stonger than the metal that the pipe is made out of and the seams are welded 100% though. i would use tubing for everything that is not gonna be getting hit .

bring that 1100 donw here and we can make some kinda deal out .that would be great.

You might contact them, I believe they have instructions on installing. The majority of the material sold is sold to be installed by the buyer or someone else. I know you wouldn't have any trouble with it. They may even have a cd or tape on installation. Mention my name if you contact them, Joe is a good friend of mine.

ok this is gonna have some of you wanting this bumper i guess. if not tell me if it was a waidt of time . but i sure can use it. and i will tell you this much it lights up the whole area around the utv i would say 30 yrds radius maybe more i put wing nuts on the bottom of the lights so they could be takin off easily and i'm gonna put some quik connections on the wires too so they can be switched out easily too. if you look in the first picture to the left you will see a little 3/8 piece of pipe welded to one side of the bumper well thas a colar or sleave for the light pole . yes light pole. it's about 10' tall you can use both or just one of the 55watt flood lights to mount on top of it . the poles are 36"long and i'm makin a place to store them inside the bumper mounts . as for as the stop lights i'm changing them so forget about what you seen before thats gonna look different . but i need some feed back on the light pole thing. the best part of it is you can use one section or two or you can make your own and go as high as you want. and plus it in to the outlet. so give me some feed back
