Broken bracket

Depends, but average 2,000 miles a year. It is a work vehicle. Pretty much just plowing during the winter, perhaps 300 miles doing that and the rest of the year it will be 5-12 miles per day.

So impressive that you have over 10k miles on it. Congrats. My memory can be lacking at times but I think that's the most I've heard of on any RTV.

I have a2014 x1100c rtv and every couple months the back muffler bracket breaks off . Any suggestions? Welding doesnt last longer. Was thinking of manufacturing a thicker sized bracket plate . Would it work?
I have a 2013 RTVx1120D. I mounted mine with some different exhaust hangers from the bone yard. Placed a piece of flexible exhaust between the manifold and muffler. The dealer had no answer for the continued problem back when I got it. I’ll add pics. It’s still working almost 10 years later. Same response with the garbage unsynchronized shift mechanism.

How is your fix holding up? It makes more sense to me for it to flex instead of harnessing it solid! My 1120D is in the U.P. in the woods and gets twisted up in the twisty woods trails!
