Whenever I open up the fuel line to the carburetor it immediately overfills and spills out fuel. Floats, plunger, orifice and everything has been checked and cleaned.
It doesn’t make sense in my not being able to correct it!! Help!!

Welcome to the forum.
Pretty sure this is a common problem on the 8N
First thing I'd suggest is to tap on the side of the carb with the butt of a screwdriver or similar to see if whatever is stuck gets freed up.

Instead of typing out the possibilities, I'm going to suggest you do an internet search for "8N Ford carburetor overflows".
It's normally one of just a few minor things related to stuck or flooded float, needle not seated or other.

I have a Ford 861 that leaked some oil below the transmission. There is no dipstick to tell where the oil level should be (?).

The dipstick should be near the PTO shift lever. The fluid fill cap is behind the seat.
Did you get your carburetor issue fixed? If so, what resolved it?
