2024 Kioti hard to start on hot days over 86 Degrees

Has anyone had issues with your cs series like the issues I'm going through, My new 2024 cs2520 is very hard to start when we have hot weather im talking over 86 degrees at that temp the glow plugs will not come on and it takes about 1 minute of off and on cranking to fire her up. The dealer can not figure it out, Im just getting frustrated with it.

I had a problem starting partially warmed up, the glow plus don't turn on, found the pre heat wasn't connected to anything, wired it to the glow pug ready , now if it doesn't start I simply turn it to pre heat count to ten then start
