2014 x1140 Transmission Problems.

I am new to this forum... hello! I recently purchased an auction 2014 x1140. It was used by a golf course as a drink cart. The number of nip bottles and joint ends that i cleaned out of it would suggests that the operators were mostly drunk or stoned. The engine runs fantastically, but it does not move (it was cheap). I bought it knowing that I will need to put some $$ into it. I am not scared of doing the needed repairs, but i am hoping you guys can help me diagnose the problem.
This is what i know:
1. Fluid looks clean and filters look newish.
2. The shifter is actuating the transmission.
3. In 4wd it is trying to move a little bit. I can see the front drive shaft moving slightly, and i got a few tiny jerky movements.
4. Reservoir under the seat is full.
5. The reservoir hoses do not appear to be collapsed... just a visual inspection.

Would the first step be to change the fluid and filters... even though they look clean? I have experience with Kubota tractors and excavators, but no experience with these. Let me know what you guys think and if any more information would be helpful.

Thanks

Update: Yesterday i jacked up the rear, and got the rear wheels to spin in 2wd. It was hard to get them started (half throttle), and they did not spin smoothly at first. It seemed like there was some kind of physical resistance, and once it was past that the wheels spun OK. Once i put the machine down, i actually drove it a little way. It seems like there is a mechanical problem in the transmission rather than a hydro problem. Has anyone ever experienced anything like this?? I can take a video if that would help.

put the machine in neutral with the engine off on a flat hard surface like concrete. push the machine by hand back and forth a few feet.....it should roll easy...if it doesn't then either your park brake is stuck of one of the other brakes are stuck. check each wheel. if it rolls easy then slide it in each gear and try to roll it....it should roll with quite a bit of resistance in each gear. no grinding or slipping. then move on to the hydrostat. change oil and filter with oem and try again. if it doesn't move then get some gauges to check the charge pressure etc.

Thanks… I am away until Wednesday. But will try when I get back.

I put it in Neutral and it rolls forward and backwards easily. in forward, it is hard to roll backwards, but it rolls forward as easily as in Neutral. In reverse, it is hard to roll backwards and forwards.
I don't know what this might mean. Let me know if this gives you any ideas.
If i put it in gear running, it is trying to move. If i rev up the engine there is sometimes a clunk and it will jump forward a bit.

Next step change oil and filter and see what happens?

Hello CF. Did you make any progress? Mine is doing the same thing. Shut it off at night and next day won't move. Rolled it into the shop and changed the filters but no difference.

Finally got around to removing and dismantling the hydrostatic unit. As I expected there is internal damage. Before I order new parts from Kubota, does anyone out there have parts from an old unit? Also any suggestions based on the pictures are welcome. Thanks All!
