2008 RTV 1100 can't get in 4WD

I just replaced all of the front end drive parts on my 2008 RTV 1100, the differential case was cracked and lots of noise coming from up front, now it wont go into 4WD, it was always hard to go in and out of 4WD before, but now it wont at all. anybody know what's up with this?
 
try to put in while gently rolling. the engagement is in the transmission not the front end, make sure your diff lock isn't stuck
 
With the engine running and in neutral turn the steering wheel until it stops in both directions.
Use slight pressure on the 4WD lever while doing so.
 
my 2007 model 1100 is finiky going in 4wd also. it always ges in when the main transmission is in neutral. could be you need to adjust the creep on your tranny????
