dang i sold mine way to cheap.doc you owe me some more money
I think Exon has your money. I thought I could make the trip for 500 to 600. Nope a little over 800. Gas was the killer, that and 10mpg or less in the mountains, well that and that ritzy hotel we stayed in with the dancing girls and champagne. :yum:

(I did include the tie down stuff I had to buy for the trip in my total, but I left off the new wheels and tires I had to buy for the trailer). All in all it was over a grand total.

From the way things look you had some major problems ready to nickle dime you to death. Not now you got in front of all the problems.

One thing for sure is you now know your machine front to back, and that's a good thing. You will have an RTV in very good shape when your done. All very interesting to see, helps me out with how some things are put together. I will be ordering some front flaps right now.

While you got it striped down think about maybe some more skid plates. You do very nice work by the by!!!!

Thank you to everyone for the comments and words of encouragement. I've been down in the basement all weekend trying to get parts and pieces ready to go back together. Progress is being made but it's slow since I'm blasting, priming and painting everything. There are lots of brackets, nuts and bolts that just take time.

I'll take some progress pictures this morning and post tonight.

PoPo, I got the struts on Friday and they're great! Thanks.
