We evaluate each item to see if it's spam/marketing or something that seems real from an individual.

If it's spam, it goes away.

If marketing for something related, they need to speak with Doc.

If marketing for something not related, it goes away.

We're OK with this one and it could be a benefit for a member so it can stay.
