    On the old models there is a rubber suction hose near the filters and the primary pump that can fail. Is can collapse and get flat or can also be completely internal blocking suction from the tank. Look for debris in tbe suction filter.

    If you have a high medium and low transmission then your machine is of the old designe. Change oil and filters with oem and super udt2 oil then report back. Change the oil in the tank under the seat also.

    I purchased some itp baja cross tires that have a similar tread pattern to those. They have served very well and have a lot of wear left on them. Only problem is that they discontinued that tire.

    Always start with the simple. Check fuses? Relays? Check clean grease connectors? Make sure the ecm is properly grounded.get on messicks and look up the schematics and parts descriptions for your model. These pictures can be handy for identifying the senders and ecm etc.

    The injector has to be triggered to inject at the right time.There has to be a signal sent usually from a reluctor on either the crankshaft or the camshaft.     I would suspect the low oil sensor? And i would first check the injector driver or the relay that controls the fuel injection.try swapping relays

    Excellent. Do you have any idea how much droop in rpm you have from no load to stall? And then from no load to lets say 25mph on a grade?

    You strained the oil and put it back in the transmission? Is this an x900 or the old model 900?

    As always...change the oil and filters on the hst with oem filters and super udt2 first. And make double sure that you get the filters in the right place. Then let us know

    Injection Pump and Governor adjustment on D1105

    It's unfortunate that y'all are foregoing your warranty. These simple adjustments should be a part of every dealer prep. KTC should remedy this. The tools are something that any dealer tech should have at a minimum.
