The oil in the cavity under the bed is just the gear case. The hydro oil is the tank under the seat. Low hour but years old oil in the hydro is a bad idea. Always change the hydro oil and filters at least once per year. Your symptoms fit perfectly with low oil in the tank or foaming oil or both

No clutch in the rtv. White smoke could be a head gasket. Did it overheat? The brakes are famous for locking up also but that wouldn't cause white smoke.

Not sure what engine that model has. Is it air cooled? If the starter is an automotive type then it will have a solenoid. Since the starter spins and if it is an automotive type then the solenoid is at full travel. If it is an air cooled engine then the starter probably has a helix that throws...

If your stsrter spins but the engine doesn't it is because the bendix isn't engaging the flywheel. If your starter is like an automotive then your solenoid isn't working as it should or the starter is loose or broken free from the engine. If your starter is of the kholer type the helix needs lube.

In some industrial applications these engines run for tens of thousands of hours. However the 1100 series is bad for cracking heads because of the insufficient cooling system. I'll bet your head is cracked and the engine was running on oil. Your lucky it didn't run away!

Might try to grind or file the sleeve thin on one or both sides and split it with a screwdrivers.
