This sucks ! My loaded tires froze on the rear of my DK45 ! It was about 20 below when it happened . I wonder if I took it down to the tire shop , if they could just add CC to take the freeze level to a higher point!

Just a quick note on the finish and my suggestion . Always check the hydraulic level every day, keeping it at the full mark as this is the only lubing the roller bearing gets . It set very high in the transmission so if the oil is down a bit it may not get proper lube . The tractor now runs...

Ok Big Dog ! Spill your guts ! Do you or anyone else have crossover numbers for filters on a 2004 DK45 ?? Dealer is 200 plus miles away .

Found the problem ..... The needle bearings on the reverse shaft let go in the transmission . That destroyed the shaft and let the gear walk on top of the main gear on the main shaft . Total damages is $500 for new parts . I have had to split the DK45 into two pieces . I'll also be replacing...

Clean and Oil the linkage where it enters the transmission case . I had the same thing happen on my DK45 . Now it shifts smoother than ever .

FYI !!! A great company to deal with !!!! Agri Supply Company had ran out of the $1.99 ripper points I wanted . They gave me the higher priced ones at the same price . Saved me over 60 bucks ! Now that is service !!!

Yep . I agree . I talked with the Kioti Mechanic and I have checked everything he suggested . Back to square one ??? Checked and rechecked .... I am really baffled by this .

MY DK45 has just developed a new sound . A whine when I place the lever in reverse . It is the 12 speed tarnsmission . There seems to be no loss in power and it makes no noise in forward gears ??????? I changed the oil/hyd filter and it still does it . Should I be concerned ????

I need 10 for my new grapple and 6 for the scraper box . I also like to have a few spares handy . I did order them through AGI Supply but those are on Backorder . At a buck 99 , I can see why . Everywhere else I have found wants $7 a piece !!!

Check where the shifting rod goes into the gear box . My nieghbors DK45 did this and the shaft had rusted where it passed the bushing . I ended up taking off the bottom cover ,disconnecting the rod . cleaning it up on a buffing wheel and reinstalling with good grease . Works like a champ now and...
