    Radio recommendation for RTV1100

The biggest problem is they are only 4" and there's really no 4" that will give you good sound. On one of the RTV Facebook groups someone pulled the roof off and used plywood on each side and put 6½" speakers in. I'll try digging up the photos. That's the route I'm going to take with mine...

    RTV X1100C belt/s

I've only tightened my belts and I flipped the seats forward and removed the back panel which gives access to the front of the motor. That's the best I can do for you. Dave

    Transmission oil leak

It's in the diagram I previously attached. Look for item #120 and you'll see the extra port on the tank. Dave

    RTV-x1120 keyed power location?

One is positive and the other is negative. These are the ones on my X1100. I think for your situation you just need a positive that is switched with the ignition so the winch doesn't operate without the engine running or ignition switch in the on position. Dave

    RTV-x1120 keyed power location?

I'm not sure about the X1120 but on the X900 and X1100 there's a switched power lead on the firewall under the hood towards the center with bullet style connectors. I want to say they are black/green but not 100%. Dave

    Snow plow

When I bought my X1100 the dealer was trying to push the K Connect and plow. I laughed at him when he told me the price. I made my mind up that I was going to go with a SnowEx which is made by the same company that makes Western and Fisher but just different colors. I ultimately went with a...

I think I gelled by diesel fuel up

It helps keep it from gelling while in use but doesn't do any good if you are gelled and can't get running. Dave

RTV Daily uses, What did you do today with your RTV?

If your cold weather is going to continue you should put some gelling preventative in because the Diesel 911 is only to thaw you out not prevent more gelling. Dave

RTV Daily uses, What did you do today with your RTV?

I think maybe he's located in an area that doesn't typically see freezing temps so their fuel isn't treated/blended for the cold. I've been seeing it on a bunch of the GM/Chevy Duramax groups with guys wondering why their truck ran for 5 minutes then died and can't get it started again or...
