Suddenly stop

2012 Boomer 30. Suddenly stopped found the weights in the governor trashed. Replaced with new and rebuilt, now it won’t start. Bled fuel forever and all the air is out. Disabled the coils and put ether in and it runs but alas, it won’t start on its own. Any suggestions? Much appreciated

What do you mean by "disabled the coils"?
Does it make the same noise(s) and indications when turning the key as it used to? Like an audible click for the starter solenoid, dash lights up...

Sorry glow plugs. And yes the solenoid checks out. Looking at the low pressure fuel pump now
